Psycho - Soma

Virtually every so-called physical problem that can manifest in your body (Soma) will have its roots as an emotional disturbance or unresolved issue in your Psyche (see my introduction to "About us").  

There are whole industries devoted to exploring and improving the Mind - Body connection - you may or may not have heard of Louise Hay who literally "wrote the book" (and a few more since!) about this subject in the 1980s. Alternative and complementary therapies that have existed for thousands of years longer than "Modern Medicine" are increasingly being (re)turned to as sufferers seek other means of resolving their illnesses or dis-eases than by a prescribed chemical route that, at best, seeks to contain the symptoms only of the condition.

Holistic Hypnotherapy, especially when applied by a conscious therapist, has proven to be a very powerful means of resolving some of modern man's most resilient conditions.
